"NOT ME!" Women's Assault Prevention & Self-Defense Class
"NOT ME!" focuses on prevention and awareness of assaults, along with the most effective escape tactics to use if the worst is happening.
“Not Me!” has trained over 10,000 women in small, intimate classroom settings. It is taught by former Navy SEAL Al Horner and his teammate Karla Rapp who has real world experience in this topic.
Participants will learn the “who, what, when, where and how” of assaults. Once you understand the sequence of assaults, you can see the signs and stop the assault before it escalates to the next level.
Class topics include statistics, prevention and awareness tools, escape tactics, drugging, safety items and what to do when a weapon is involved.
