One Dead After Vehicle Rolls Over in Rosemount
According to a preliminary report, the man was not wearing a seat belt.

A motor vehicle crash killed one person in Rosemount Friday morning.
According to KSPT, the crash happened at 3:43 a.m. The Minnesota State Patrol says the driver of a truck going south on Minnesota Highway 3 died after the vehicle left the east side of the road, hit a culvert and rolled.

Highway 3 was shut down for about a half hour while the State Patrol investigated the scene.

The Star Tribune reported that the driver was a 25-year-old man. A preliminary report indicated that the driver was not wearing a seat belt.
