Panoramic Perspectives is a small mental health practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy.  We provide support for individuals ages 1 and up.  Our clinicians have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Disordered eating, Postpartum depression, family dysfunction, infidelity, and more. We offer CBT, DBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy and have clinicians specializing in the Gottman Method.  We have clinicians who see young children, teens, and adults.  We see clients both in-person and telehealth and we accept most insurances.

Eastview's dance classes have rehearsed all school year for their fall dance show, "Boy Bands," which they present twice this weekend, at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the Eastview High School performing arts center. The show features numbers from six dance tech classes—including an all-boys dance team—Eastview's fall Lightning dance team programs, step team and solos that Eastview dancers performed at the recent Miss Dance Team Minnesota competition. If you love bands like New Kids on the Block, the Backstreet Boys, N'Sync and even the Beatles, there's something in the show for you, Director Jessica Mahr said. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students and seniors.
