Snow Cancels Sunday Matinee Performance of 'The Diviners'

Sunday's snowstorm has cancelled the afternoon performance of "The Diviners" at Rosemount High School. The 2:00 p.m. performance may be rescheduled, with details coming from the school administrators on Tuesday.

Ironically, a massive snowstorm also canceled a performance of Rosemount High's last theatre production. A Dec. 11 performance of Into The Woods had to be delayed a week following more than a foot of snow.

Sunday's snowfall also forced District 196 to cancel the Sunday community education swim classes, which take place at several locations across the district.

Luckily for parents, Monday was already scheduled as a school holiday, due to President's Day.
