Ways to Boost Your Energy Level
If you're living with lupus, learn different ways to increase your energy, vitality, and mobility on February 17 at Apple Valley Center.

Low energy is a universal symptom of living with lupus and can significantly impact daily activities. Join certified Alexander Technique instructor Erin Thompson on Tuesday, February 17 at Apple Valley Center from 6:30-7:30 PM as she focuses on ways to increase energy, vitality, and mobility by improving postural alignment for increased lung capacity and joint freedom in daily activities.
This session is free, but registration is required by February 16.
