LAKEVILLE, MN — A 22-year-old woman from Farmington died in a drowning incident in June, according to a Hennepin County Medical Examiner report released Tuesday. Alexis Rose Demeuse drowned in Lake Marion on June 12. She was transported to Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, where she was declared dead just after 7 p.m. The examiner ruled that manner of death was an accident that was caused by apparent freshwater drowning. The Dakota County Sheriff's Water Patrol and the Lakeville Police Department are the investigating agencies.
