• Major Snelling Avenue Closure Begins Friday Night Between Arden Hills and Roseville (town.news) — Expect major disruption if you rely on Snelling Avenue in Arden Hills this weekend: southbound Highway 51 will be closed from I-694 to Highway 36 from 9 p.m. Friday through early Monday. Local neighborhood access will be flagger-controlled, detours will push traffic onto I-694, I-35E and Highway 36, and MnDOT urges extra travel time during this busy Twin Cities weekend.
