• Gillette man injured in Minnesota plane crash that killed one (county17.com) — A fatal small-plane crash at Buffalo Municipal Airport on Sunday killed a 39-year-old Montana man and critically injured a 40-year-old Gillette man, drawing a major response from Buffalo fire and police. Federal investigators have cleared the scene and the airport has reopened, but officials have not yet released details about the aircraft, flight path, or cause of the crash.
   

• Three Vehicle Crash Near Maple Lake Leaves Drivers Injured (krwc1360.com) — A three-vehicle crash on Highway 55 near Maple Lake sent two drivers to Buffalo Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries Tuesday afternoon. Wright County deputies, the Buffalo Fire Department, and Allina Ambulance assisted state troopers at the scene, while a third driver from Minneapolis escaped injury in the westbound pileup.
