Louis H. Ernst, 81, of Burnsville, MN passed away. Preceded in death by wife, Doris. Survived by children, Tim (Judy), Sue Wills (Dave), Shari See (Gary) and Steve (Sarah); grandchildren, Katie, John, Bailey, Jessica (Mike), Brittany, Alison, Amber, Tyler, Brock, Garrett, Amelia, Colton and Marshall; great-grandchildren, Riley and Lexi; 4 brothers; 2 sisters; other relatives and friends. Lou enjoyed a lifetime career as an engineer for Unisys. Founded Ernst Full Line in 1996. He had a great love of the outdoors that included hunting and fishing. Mass of Christian Burial was June 11 at the Church of St. Joseph of Medicine Lake, 13015 Rockford Road, Plymouth. Visitation was at Gearty-Delmore Chapel of Plymouth, 15800 37th Ave. N. and one hour prior to Mass at church. Interment St. Bernards Cemetery, Cologne. No memorials please.
