Phengsy Phanminh, 86, of Burnsville, MN passed away on May 25, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Done Luangssysana; children, Keomamvone and Nounkham; parents, Mouk and Ngay. Survived by her children, Somboum, Khammoune, Khounthavong, Phongsavanh, Chanthachone, Phouthone, Choume and Nolinh Laungsaysana. Many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral Service was 2 p.m. Saturday, June 2, at Peace Reform Church, 2180 Glory Drive, Eagan, with visitation one hour prior to service at church.
