Amnion Crisis Pregnancy Center's 21st Annual Walk for Life raised over $37,000 on Saturday June 9th in Burnsville.
Due to the generosity of seven corporate underwriters, every dollar raised by Walkers goes directly to providing FREE and CONFIDENTIAL services to those facing an unplanned pregnancy or related crisis.
The Center, who opened it's doors in May of 1991, serves over 600 teens, women, and men annually by providing:
- pregnancy testing & ultrasounds
- abortion & pregnancy information
- community referrals & supplies
At the Walk for Life, over 200 Walkers and dogs were armed with balloons, positive message banners like “We Love Life” and big smiles to complete the 2-mile route along Nicollet Avenue.
