For almost fifteen years, Mike C., "Angry Fry Chef," has been guiding Drac's Pub in Inver Grove Heights from its humble origins as a glorified snack bar into a genuine dining destination. While the menu contains basics such as burgers, chicken and other sandwiches, they also are known for their lunch and dinner rib specials.
