The Burnsville girls soccer team won its Class AA quarterfinal matchup with Woodbury on Friday at Park Cottage Grove.
The Blaze beat the Royals 1-0 and advanced in the tournament. Burnsville moves on to face Centennial on Monday in the state semifinals. Game time is set for 4 p.m.
The lone goal in the game came from Burnsville’s Abby Soderholm, who scored at the 52:06 mark of the game.

The Blaze (16-4-0) had seven shots on goal in the game. Woodbury (15-4-1) finished with six shots on goal.
