BURNSVILLE, MN — Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Terrell James Pleasant, 40, of Burnsville, has been charged with attempted murder in connection with injuries suffered by a woman, 42, he had been living with. The criminal complaint alleges that Pleasant stabbed the victim multiple times with a scissor in her side and neck after he told the victim: "You’re gonna die."
