Burnsville Police, FBI Seek Suspect In Bank Robbery

The alleged robbery occurred on Thursday, March 23 at approximately 2:20 p.m. at the TCF Bank inside of the Burnsville Cub Foods.

BURNSVILLE, MN — The Burnsville Police Department and the FBI are seeking assistance in identifying a suspect in a bank robbery.

The alleged robbery occurred on Thursday, March 23 at approximately 2:20 p.m. at the TCF Bank inside of the Cub Foods located at 300 E. Travelers Trail in Burnsville.

Investigators say they learned that a suspect handed a note to a teller demanding money. The teller gave an undisclosed amount of money to the suspect, who then fled, according to a news release.

Authorities say no weapon was seen and there were no injuries as a result of the incident. The FBI assisted in the investigation.

The Burnsville Police and FBI are asking for anyone with information about the suspect to contact Burnsville Police Investigator Andrea Newton at (952) 895-4670.

The FBI is offering a reward for information leading to the identity or arrest of the suspect involved in the robbery.
