Burnsville Seeks Public Input on Disabilities Act Transition Plan
The city of Burnsville is developing an Americans with Disabilities Act transition plan for its roadways and is seeking public input.
To help ensure elements of its roadway system, including sidewalks, trails and signalized intersections, are
accessible to all users, the city of Burnsville is developing an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) transition plan for its public roadways. The draft plan includes an assessment of existing facilities, and identifies a process and schedule for bringing noncompliant elements of the system into compliance with ADA regulations, according to a news release.
To share information on the draft plan and to receive comments from interested parties, the City will hold a public open house:

When: Wednesday, Nov. 30 | 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Where: Burnsville City Hall, Council Chambers | 100 Civic Center Parkway
Who: Open to all members of the public
