FREE FALLIN: A Tribute to Tom Petty

When/Where: 9:30 p.m. Friday, Apr. 1 @ Primetime Sports Bar & Grill

Why Go: Primetime also features dart boards, fusball tables, mini bowling lanes, pool tables, two 106" projections televisions and two 52" plasma TVs. It also offers 2-for-1s from 8-10 p.m. on Friday.

When/Where: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Apr. 2 @ Dakota County Library, Eagan (Wescott meeting room)

Why Go: Learn how to choose books to read aloud to your children and how to get your preschoolers ready to read by the time they reach kindergarten. Perfect for parents, caregivers and daycare providers. Registration required.

MARAT/SADE

When/Where: 7:30 p.m., Mar. 25 to Apr. 10. @ Burnsville Performing Arts Center

Why Go: Wild shifts between philosophical argument and physical violence keep the audience of the play as well as the audience in the theater off-guard and forced to confront class disparity, the boundaries of art and the nature of revolution.

Pricing: $14 for adults; 12 for students and seniors 55+.

HEART OF THE CITY WALKING GROUP

When/Where: 8:30 a.m. Monday, Apr. 4 @ Nicollet Commons Park

Why Go: The group will walk various looped routes around the Heart of the City area. The routes range from 1.3 to 2.0 miles.
