BURNSVILLE, MN — Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced Wednesday that Isaac Misati Aboki, 35, of Savage is accused of sexually assaulting a 70-year-old vulnerable woman living in a senior care center in Burnsville.
Aboki was charged with criminal sexual conduct in the second and fourth degree. Police say he was employed as a personal care attendant at the facility during the incident.
Shortly after 7 p.m. on March 10, officers were dispatched to the center on a report of inappropriate conduct by an employee.

A woman there told officers that when she responded to a call light in a resident’s room, she found the door blocked from the inside by a dresser that had been moved in front of the door.

After she was able to push the door open a few inches, she saw a woman lying on her back with her nightgown pulled up with no clothing underneath, the criminal complaint states.
Isaac Misati Aboki was seen on top of the victim, authorities said. The victim was a 70-year-old vulnerable woman with severe cognitive impairment, according to police.
Officers said they found stains on Aboki’s pants. When questioned, he claimed he was helping the victim by washing her face, changing her diaper and putting on her nightgown, the complaint states.
He denied that a dresser was in front of the door and said he did not have any sexual contact with the victim, according to police.
A sexual assault examination was performed on both the victim and Aboki and evidence obtained from these examinations supports the criminal charges filed Tuesday, investigators said.
