Why: The top issues to be discussed include: a) A public hearing on the  Minnesota Valley Transit Authority's application for an Interim Use permit for a farmers market to be located at 100 East Highway 13; b) A public hearing on the construction of a new Walmart at 12200 River Ridge Boulevard.
