• Low-Cost Packshed Field Day Supports Produce Farmers (minnesotaagconnection.com) — Farmers in and around Byron can attend a free, hands-on field day on October 6 to learn how to build low-cost, portable produce packing areas that boost efficiency and food safety. Hosted locally by the Village Agricultural Cooperative and partners, the afternoon session covers tent stability, drainage, workflow, and practical designs especially useful for growers on rented land.
