I called Michelle on a Friday afternoon, she picked up the phone, and really listened to what our family needed in a nanny. By Tuesday morning she had 2 candidates ready to come out for an interview. She was always responsive and actually took the time to call me to make sure that things we going as planned. I really felt she was on top of things the whole time and was there to personally make sure we were going to get what we needed. I plan to use her in the future if we need a nanny or baby sitter.
