Ambassador sandwiches in a visit with her sponsor

Hi everyone! This is Sylvia Berger your 2015-2016 Eagan Funfest Ambassador.
I met with my sponsor, Which Wich today! We took pictures with the Eccles family and I interviewed Mr. Jeff Eccles, owner of Eagan’s Which Wich, about the business. Which Wich was started in 2003 in Dallas, Texas. The most popular sandwich is turkey and the busiest time is Saturdays after movies get out. The Eccles family owns 5, soon to be 8, of the 400 stores in America. There are 47 different sandwiches with 60 toppings to choose from, and there are millions of different combinations! Which Wich frequently sponsors and supports community groups, like Eagan and Eastview High School teams and local schools.
