Ambassadors Recognized for Volunteer Service

Hi this is your 2014-2015 Eagan Funfest Ambassador, Hanna Olson.

 I am super proud to be an Ambassador because we get to participate in a lot of volunteer activities. We recently received Congressional Recognition awards from Congressman John Kline for our many volunteer efforts. Some of my favorite volunteer events involve helping kids. For example, during the holidays we bought toys for military kids through the Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Organization. I also had fun greeting guests with Reece and leading a conga line with Payton and Mia at Eagan Community Center’s Father Daughter dance. This week you’ll find us helping with the Open Door Empty Bowls Dinner at St John Neumann’s Catholic Church to help raise awareness and funds for local hunger relief programs. Thanks for reading!
