EAGAN, MN — It looks like linebacker Anthony Barr will remain a Minnesota Viking after all. According to multiple reports, Barr changed his mind and decided to stay with his current team after first telling the New York Jets he intended to sign with them.

The "plot twist" was first reported by NFL Network reporter Mike Garafolo Tuesday.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Barr "got cold feed."

Albert Breer says Barr will stay because he "loves Minnesota" and the team's culture. Barr could have made more money with the Jets.

Barr's decision to stay in Minnesota is a bright spot in a week where the Vikings are set to lose key players due to the team's small cap space.
