Brief: Qdoba Grand Opening Planned in Eagan

Qdoba Mexican Grill, the fast-casual brand known for its fresh and innovative Mexican cuisine, will be celebrating the grand opening of its first Eagan location on Monday, Dec. 5 at 1298 Promenade Place.

To celebrate the grand opening, Qdoba will be offering all guests that visit the new location on Monday 50 percent off all entrees.

Qdoba’s meals are handmade in front of the guest and topped with personally selected fresh ingredients to fit their own nutritional needs and taste preferences. Each Qdoba showcases unique flavors like Mexican Gumbo™, 3-Cheese Queso and Ancho Chile BBQ Burritos, as well as the company’s Craft 2™ menu. Craft 2 lets guests mix and match smaller portions of Qdoba’s most popular items, including a Naked Burrito®, Naked Taco Salad™, Mexican Gumbo™, 3-cheese nachos, two tacos, quesadilla or tortilla soup.
