Eagan Funfest Ambassador Sponsor Mulcahy Company Enjoys Serving Community

Hello Eagan! It’s Makenzie Martin, one of your 2016-2017 Eagan Ambassadors, back with another blog. Three months into my “royalty year,” I can’t believe all the things I’ve participated in. As the moments turn into precious memories, I have many people to thank for allowing me to take part in this amazing journey. In particular, I would love to introduce my sponsor, Mulcahy Company. This week, I had the opportunity to reunite with my sponsor. During this I was able to sit down with Mark Gaetz, one of the owners of Mulcahy. For those who haven’t heard of this company before... Mulcahy was founded in 1929, and serves the community with issues concerning heating, cooling and plumbing. As I sat down with Mark, he discussed his pride, overall love, and enjoyment that comes from his job. Mark described that he loves working with his fellow employees and finds that building relationships with his customers makes his job very rewarding. Additionally, some of the many things that makes him proud to work for Mulcahy include, developing a pleasant work environment for his employees, taking care of his customers and employees as well. After discussing, I also had the chance to meet with many individuals throughout the company. Overall, I was very pleased I had the chance to reconnect with Mulcahy, and hope to do so again in the near future! Without them, my experience as an ambassador would not be possible.
