Eagan Funfest Ambassadors "Hot, Hot, Hot" at Pepper Fest
Ambassador Julie Carsten Finds New Faces and Places while Representing Eagan Funfest at the North Hudson, Wisconsin Pepper Fest Parade
Hello, my name is Julia Carstens. I am writing about the 4th parade we’ve been in this year. We took a trip out to North Hudson, Wisconsin and were part of the Pepper Fest parade. While we were there we “mingled” with other royalty, met some Disney princesses, a few Jedi’s and got to see a sculpture made from trash pulled out of the St. Croix river. At the parade, we were very close to the end, our lineup number was 105 and the last number was 110. It took a long time to get to us but it was worth the wait. My favorite part happened at the end of the parade. It was hearing my family scream my name as loud as they could!
