Eagan Teen To Bring Pizza To Hospitalized Children
Logan Loves is working with Davanni's in Minneapolis and the nearby children's hospital to organize monthly pizza nights for patients.
EAGAN, MN — A 17-year-old from Eagan has started a nonprofit to bring pizza to hospitalized children, according to a report in The St.Paul Pioneer Press.
Logan Loves, founded by Logan Bushaw, hopes to donate enough gift cards to give patients monthly pizza nights from Davanni’s in Minneapolis-located near University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital-the same hospital Bushaw spent much of his childhood in due to a congenital heart condition, according to the report.
Nurses will hand out $20 gift cards to every room Tuesday in honor of National Pizza Day. Logan Loves told the Pioneer Press it will cover 190 patients.

Bushaw is now a senior in high school and is doing well after undergoing a second heart transplant in 2019.
“Having spent so much time in the hospital my whole life, I want to bring joy to kids with things I love that I think they will too—like pizza!” Bushaw told the Pioneer Press in an email.
