Eco-Kids Camp July 10-13 at Advent UMC

Join us at Advent UMC for four days exploring the beauty of God’s creation. We will have a daily field trip to sites that include Schaar’s Bluff, Lebanon Hills Park, Minnesota Valley Wildlife Center and Cascade Bay! Daily devotions will focus on our role as caretakers of the earth and all living things, with a particular emphasis on “The Birds of the Air.” Campers are invited to do their part by bringing a “zero waste” lunch – no plastic bags, only reusable or recyclable materials. Can it be done? We’ll try!

The camp is for those entering grades 3-7 (fall 2017). Camp starts at 9 AM and concludes at 4:30 PM. Camp cost is $65 per student. Early care is available from 8-9 AM at a cost of $5 per student per day. Register at http://www.campminnesota.org. Got questions? Email: cindy@advent-umc.com.
