On Wednesday, November 9, 2011 in the Eagan Room, 2nd Floor City Hall, the City is hosting the third and final meeting about the Blackhawk and Thomas Lakes Project that began February 2011. Residents may freely come and go from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; however, there will be a formal presentation at 7 p.m.
The November 9 meeting will summarize project findings, present draft lake management plans with implementation elements, and take comments before the City finalizes the plan.
