Ex-Viking Thanks Fans: 'Minnesota Has Been Unforgettable'

EAGAN, MN — The "Tay Train" is officially leaving the station. Latavius Murray, who filled in as the Minnesota Vikings running back along with Dalvin Cook, will reportedly sign a four-year, $14.4 million deal with the New Orleans Saints.
Murray played two seasons with the Vikings. In 2017, he rushed for 842 yards and scored eight touchdowns while Cook was on injured reserve.
In the 2018 season, he rushed for 140 yards and scored six touchdowns.

On Tuesday, he wrote a note thanking Vikings fans and his teammates for his time in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
"Thank you to the Vikings organization for giving me an opportunity to do what I love to do. My time in Minnesota has been unforgettable because of the fans, the community and most importantly because of the guys in that locker room," Murray posted on Instagram.
