First Craft Brewery Comes to Eagan

Bald Man Brewing, named after bald man and head brewer Tristan Kushirek, is set to open in Eagan on Aug. 27.

According to Growler Magazine, Bald Man will open with their beer available on-site only, with the eventual plan to distribute to area bars and restaurants, and exploring bomber packaging later on.

"The open concept to the brewery is to have a zoo: to show people, while they’re drinking our beer, how our beer is made," explained Dan Jacob, who runs the business side of things for Bald Man.

"Our philosophy is really delicious beer that you can pour more than one of."

When asked on Twitter whether kids will be allowed in the brewery, the company answered in the affirmative, saying that "Our brewery is a community gathering spot. We will eventually have a bunch of games for folks of all ages to play."

Bald Man is located at 2020 Silver Bell Rd #28, Eagan.
