Jefferson Lines To Cut Bus Service Through Eagan

The company will discontinue its intercity bus routes on June 28.

Due to low ridership, Jefferson Lines will discontinue operating intercity bus schedules through the Minnesota Valley Transit Station at 3470 Pilot Knob Road in Eagan.

The company, which has service locations throughout the midwest, operates in Arkansas, Texas, Iowa and Missouri, among other states. Despite the planned closure of its routes through Eagan, the company still has a presence in dozens of other Minnesota communities, including Burnsville and Bloomington.

If there is increased demand, Jefferson Lines may considering reinstating its services, the company wrote in a press release.
