Newly Released Renderings Of Future Vikings HQ

The Minnesota Vikings released new renderings of their future home, the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center, and TCO Stadium.

EAGAN, MN — The Minnesota Vikings, along with partners Twin Cities Orthopedics, are working towards the completion Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center and TCO Stadium – the Vikings new practice facility and team headquarters slated to open in Eagan March 2018. After 35 years at Winter Park in Eden Prairie, the Vikings are building their future headquarters and training facility on the former Northwest Airlines headquarters.

Facility specs:

• 5 outdoor practice fields – 4 grass, 1 synthetic
• 6,000-seat stadium – expandable to 10,000 seats
• Outdoor training areas – sand pit, inclined surfaces
• Indoor practice facility – 92,000 square feet
• Team auditorium & player position meeting rooms
• Expanded locker room, weight room and equipment
facilities
• Cardiovascular and specialized speed rooms
• Hydrotherapy room and post-workout recovery rooms
• New administrative offices – 184,000 square feet
