Planning Commission members are also expected to hear rezoning and subdivision requests related to and a planned development amendment to allow a proposed medical clinic.
Oppidan, Inc., the developer behind the proposed Rahncliff Court project, wants to begin construction on its multi-tenant retail project as early as this summer, according to a planning report issued by the city. The proposal includes zoning for on-sale beer and wine sales and a 27-foot-tall pylon sign. The site of the proposed development is located at the corner of Rahncliff Ct. and Rahncliff Road.
