Rev. Eric Elkin Appointed to Advent UMC
Advent UMC welcomes Rev. Erick Elkin on June 30.
The District Superintendent of the River Valley District of the United Methodist Church, Minnesota Annual Conference, has announced that it is the intention of Bishop Bruch Ough to appoint the Reverend Eric Elkin as pastor of Advent United Methodist Church in Eagan. Acting on behalf of the congregation, the Staff Parish Relations Committee has confirmed the Bishop’s intention.
There will be a service of Celebrating the Appointment on Sunday, June 30, at 10am. Visitors are welcome to attend. A reception will be held in honor of Rev. Elkin after worship that day.
Rev. Elkin previously served at Richfield UMC. He will be the Lead Pastor at Advent UMC.
