Cracked Walnut Reading Group and the Eagan & Lakeville Resource Center are teaming up to bring food and poetry together.
Come relax with area poets and ring in the beginning of summer with an evening of poetry and stories at the Eagan Pantry. Join us this Friday for an entertaining evening with stories and poems around what food means to us. The ELRC's Fresh Food Coordinator, Sarah Schmidt, will be sharing her poetry, along with Khary Jackson, Victoria Peterson-Hilleque, and other area writers.
If you'd like to bring food along with you for the Pantry shelves, think fresh and healthy! Bags of potatoes, carrots, fresh oranges or apples, etc.
Location: The Eagan Pantry (3904 Cedar Grove Parkway Eagan, MN)
Date: Friday, June 21st
Time: 6:30pm-9pm
Coffee and Refreshments will be available.
Please RSVP and find more information on the event page here.
