Woman Killed In Fiery Crash On I-35, Man Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries
A 28-year-old driver was killed, authorities said.
EAGAN, MN — A woman was killed in an overnight crash in Eagan, according to authorities.
The incident occurred shortly after midnight on Monday on northbound Interstate 35 East to Lone Oak Road, authorities said. A 2023 Honda CRV left the roadway to the right, became airborne, struck a traffic signal and was fully engulfed in flames, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
The 28-year-old driver, an Eagan resident, was killed and the passenger, a 38-year-old man from Conyers, Georgia, suffered life-threatening injuries, police said.
