EDEN PRAIRIE, MN — C.H. Robinson has reduced its workforce by 31 percent since 2022 as it leans heavily into artificial intelligence, including the use of hundreds of "agentic AI" systems that now handle core logistics tasks, according to a new report from the Minnesota Star Tribune.
