LIFE flows from the above-down-inside-out (ADIO). This statement is rooted strongly in chiropractic philosophy. It refers to the brain as the control center of the body, which of course lies above the rest of the body. LIFE originates here, flows down the spinal cord along with other nerves to the inside of the body, before traveling out to the world around us.
