The Human Rights and Diversity Commission is leading an initiative to address issues of race and equality in Eden Prairie. The Commission will present a final report and recommendations to the City Council in early 2021. In conjunction with this initiative, City leaders would like to hear about your experiences. Your input will help identify strengths and challenges related to equality and inclusion in our community.
As a convenient and safe way for residents to share feedback on this topic, the City is collaborating with Polco - a civic participation platform used to gather input from residents on a variety of topics throughout the year. Get more information or complete the survey.

Free Virtual Home Energy Audit
Save on energy costs with a free virtual home energy audit with Home Energy Squad. The virtual audits are conducted online, allowing residents to conveniently learn how their homes use energy and identify energy-saving opportunities.
During virtual Home Energy Squad visits, a consultant guides residents on a walk-through assessment of their homes via video chat. Residents receive tips to start saving energy right away, and recommendations for next steps that may include an in-person visit and the installation of energy-saving products at a later date. Housing Loans Available to Qualified Eden Prairie Residents
The Housing and Community Services Division assists residents of Eden Prairie with several types of housing loan programs offering zero-interest, deferred and forgivable loans. Loan programs include the first-time homebuyer program, senior emergency repair program, and housing rehabilitation loan program. Learn more about loan eligibility or complete an application.
