Community Drop-Off Day
The City's annual Community Drop-Off Day is Saturday, June 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hennepin Technical College. Get rid of unwanted items that can't be disposed of in the trash or recycling bin. Dispose of trash/refuse, recycle appliances, donate bikes and more. The event is open to Eden Prairie residents only with a valid ID for proof of residency. No hazardous waste is accepted. Visit edenprairie.org/DropOffDay for details.

Emerald Ash Borer
The Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) insect is in its high activity state from May through September. Avoid the removal of ash branches, stumps or trees to help reduce the risk of EAB flying to and infesting nearby ash trees. For more information on treating healthy ash trees, visit edenprairie.org/EAB.
Annual Drinking Water Report
The City provides results of drinking water monitoring through an annual drinking water report. From Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, Eden Prairie drinking water met or exceeded federal standards. A complete report is available at edenprairie.org/DrinkingWater.

Eden Prairie Promise Dashboard
The Eden Prairie Promise Performance Measurement Dashboard has been updated with 2019 data. The City's dashboard is funded through participation in the Performance Measurement Program established by the Council on Local Results and Innovation. Staff News
Phu Hoang recently started as a water treatment operator. Before joining the City, Phu worked with the City of Minneapolis–Water Treatment Operations. He earned an associate's degree in water environment technologies.
Jennifer Hassebroek is the City's new sustainability coordinator. Before joining Eden Prairie, Jennifer worked at the City of Oakdale where she led the city's sustainability initiatives. She earned master's and bachelor's degrees in public administration.
