City Of Eden Prairie Seeks Resident Input On Equality And Inclusion

The Human Rights and Diversity Commission is leading an initiative to address issues of race and equality in Eden Prairie. The Commission will present a final report and recommendations to the City Council in early 2021. In conjunction with this initiative, City leaders would like to hear about your experiences. Your input will help identify strengths and challenges related to equality and inclusion in our community.

As a convenient and safe way for residents to share feedback on this topic, the City of Eden Prairie is collaborating with Polco – a civic participation platform used to gather input from residents on a variety of topics throughout the year.

Before you take this survey, please know:

• You will be asked about your demographic background, this is to make sure we hear from a diverse group of residents and understand differences in experiences.
• You do not have to answer any questions that make you uncomfortable, but the critical information you provide will help us better understand the survey results.
• Your answers will be completely confidential and survey results will be reported in a group format only.
• At the end of the survey, you will have the option to register with Polco; your survey data is retained even if you don't register, and your responses are still confidential. Registering simply allows us to reach out to you again when the City is conducting future surveys; your personal information will never be shared.
