Eden Prairie Named Top 150 Workplace For 7th Consecutive Year

For the seventh year in a row, the City of Eden Prairie has been named one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune.

The Star Tribune Top 150 Workplaces rankings are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. The program included responses from more than 76,000 employees at nearly 3,000 Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations. The City of Eden Prairie is ranked #45 on the list of midsize employers.
City Manager Rick Getschow credits the City's success to its core values of collaboration, innovation, integrity, performance and relationships. "Even when many of our employees are working from home during this global pandemic, they have found a way to work closely together, even though apart, to provide exceptional service to our residents, businesses and colleagues."
