Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A. announced today that attorney Kristi Riley joined the Eden Prairie-based law firm as Senior Counsel. Riley will practice in the firm’s Real Estate group. Fafinski Mark & Johnson serves local, national and international clients in 12 primary practice areas: Aviation, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Commercial Lending & Finance, General Corporate & Business, HR & Employment, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate, Trusts & Estates, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
Riley represents developers, individuals and entities in matters related to all aspects of land acquisition, development, construction and financing, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, options, easements, restrictive covenants, commercial leases, operating easement agreements, development agreements, and financing documentation. Prior to joining Fafinski Mark & Johnson, she was a shareholder at Barna, Guzy & Steffen. She received her degree from Hamline University School of Law.
