Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A. announced today that attorney Jesse Klick has joined the Eden Prairie-based firm as an associate in the General Corporate & Business group. Klick comes to Fafinski Mark & Johnson from HealthCare Anytime where he served as legal counsel with responsibility for contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day legal matters. Prior to that, Klick was an associate at Faegre Baker Daniels where he worked on commercial-lending and debt-financing transactions with commercial banks, financial institutions, hedge funds and tribal entities. He earned his degree from William Mitchell College of Law, graduating summa cum laude.
