Brad J. Boyd joins the law firm's Commercial Real Estate, General Corporate and Business, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems groups

Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A. announced today that attorney Brad J. Boyd joined the Eden Prairie-based law firm as Senior Counsel. Boyd will practice in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate, General Corporate & Business, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems  groups. Fafinski Mark & Johnson serves local, national and international clients in 12 primary practice areas: Aviation, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Commercial Lending & Finance, Commercial Real Estate, General Corporate & Business, HR & Employment, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Trusts & Estates, and Unmanned Aircraft Systems.

For the past 14 years, Boyd has advised companies and individuals in the business of real estate, such as real estate brokerage companies, property management companies, real estate investors, and businesses engaged in commercial real estate. He also advises businesses on policies and procedures, litigation strategy, vendor contracts, corporate communication, dispute resolution, and guides businesses in licensing, restructure, sale, and acquisition matters. Prior to joining Fafinski Mark & Johnson, Boyd was a shareholder at Thomsen Nybeck. He received his degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.
