Fafinski Mark & Johnson, P.A. announced today that attorney David Carrier has joined the Eden Prairie-based firm as an associate in its Litigation and HR & Employment practice groups. Prior to joining FMJ, Carrier was an attorney at a litigation boutique in Minneapolis with a national complex class action practice. He litigated cases dealing with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, insurance, medical records laws, and COBRA. During law school, Carrier served as Judicial Extern to Judge Michelle Larkin of the Minnesota Court of Appeals and extern in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota. He also tried felony criminal cases as a law clerk in the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office. Carrier earned his degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
