Five Eden Prairie Servers Caught Selling Alcohol to Minors

Five Eden Prairie servers are accused of selling alcohol to minors following an undercover cover sting by local police, according to court documents released Wednesday.

Police identified the servers after sending in underage decoy buyers Aug. 22 and Aug. 23.

Prosecutors say the following people served alcohol to minors:

• Edge Golf: Richard Lee Harrison, 59, of St. Louis Park
• Pei Wei Asian Diner: Peter Yang, 26, of St. Paul
• Chipotle Mexican Grill: Michael Antonio Jett, 28, of New Germany
• Courtyard Hotel: Benjamin Clark Watson, 51, of Bloomington
• Osaka Restaurant: Fang Lin, 31, of Eden Prairie

All have been charged with selling alcohol to someone younger than 21 years old—a gross misdemeanor with a maximum penalty of one year in jail and a $3,000 fine.

The underage buyers were an 18-year-old woman, 18-year-old man and 19-year-old man.
