Save the Date: Project Linus Make-a-Blanket Day
Project Linus Make a Blanket Day, Saturday, October 4 - 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Project Linus (www.projectlinus.org) was named after the character from the Peanuts comic strip. Today Linus inspires blanket makers to help children in need. Blankets made will go to local hospitals and organizations.
The Eden Prairie Women of Today (EPWT) invites all community members to Make-A-Blanket Day from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 4, at the Eden Prairie Center Mall community room.
The event is free and open to anyone old enough to help make fleece blankets - no sewing is involved! Join EPWT members anytime during the event, whether you have half an hour or more to volunteer.
